Editorial standards

Techlantis explains what happened in AI, technology and robotics, and why it matters. These are the rules we write by.

Sourcing

• Every story links to its primary source: the announcement, paper, filing or original report.
• We credit other outlets when we build on their reporting.
• We separate facts from analysis. Analysis lives under “Why it matters”.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it and show an “Updated” date on the story. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the article and listed on our corrections page. Spotted an error? Email corrections@thetechlantis.com.

Independence

Sponsors and advertisers have no say over our coverage. Any sponsored content will always be clearly labelled.

How we use AI

Techlantis uses AI to monitor sources and to research and write many of our news briefs. Those stories are bylined Techlantis Desk. They are built only from the sources we link, follow these standards, and pass automated checks before publishing. Stories bylined with a person's name were written or reviewed by that person.
